Deep Energy Capital announces the appointment of Ralf Christian to its Advisory Council

Deep Energy Capital LLP (“Deep Energy”), an independent investment firm specializing in geothermal energy, announced today the appointment of Ralf Christian, former CEO of Siemens Energy Management, to its Advisory Council.

This is Deep Energy Capital’s fourth appointment to its Advisory Council this year and reflects expertise across competencies including extractive industries, utilities and energy markets, financial markets, and industrial processes and services.
ABOUT MR. RALF CHRISTIAN
Mr. Ralf Christian is the former CEO of Siemens Energy Management and currently a member of the supervisory board of various energy companies, including Fortum Oyj in Finland and TesVolt AG in Germany. Since 2021, he has advised and counseled institutional investors and private equity firms regarding their infrastructure and energy related investment activities. Ralf joined Siemens in 2005 as divisional CEO and led global divisions responsible for energy infrastructure, including high voltage DC and AC substation technologies, low and medium voltage power distribution, smart grids, battery storage and EV charging infrastructure. Prior to Siemens, Ralf held various positions at General Electric Company in Europe in the field of industry and infrastructure technologies. Over his career, he has served as president or member of the board of various industry associations in Germany and Europe including ZVEI, T&D Europe, VDE, CIGRE Germany.
